Do unused hours roll over?

Plan hours reset each billing month. Prepaid pack hours never expire.

What counts against video hours?

Only minutes with the video avatar on, billed per started minute. Audio-only practice is never counted.

Can I cancel?

Yes — anytime under Account → Billing. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for, and your pack hours are saved even if you leave.

Is audio really unlimited?

My company invited me — do I need my own plan?

No. A team invite means your seat is covered by your company's Business plan — accept the invite and sign in; don't buy an Individual plan.
